I miss your constant blabbering on and on and on when you begin to PANIC! Like when you were near CL****CE l*m or like DH*****D. hahahah. But really, i miss it every bit. I missed the days when you'd come and bitch about the things at home (even though i prolly shouldn't miss it cos.. it wasn't the best things to happen to you), especially when you get soo utterly animated your eyes are gonna pop out of your skull, and you'd scream and stuff. I miss the love quotes, and your utter obsession with love, that got me obsessed with love. (: I missed having you write to me as my romeo, sending me TRUCKLOADS of letters lah! BUT, most of all, i miss seeing you in the morning - bright, healthy as pie, and smiling like you're on top of the world, even though things weren't always a piece of lovely cheesecake.

Alright people. I am putting my foot down. I shall confirm the time, date etc etc even though I haven't gotten TKOB's reply whether she's free on the day or not. I think if I wait any longer we might not actually get to go out in the first place.

Okay so anyway here are the details -

Day/Date: Tuesday, 10 June 2008
Time: 10.30am - 1pm, 1.30pm - ?
Kings confirmed coming: TKOC, TKOI, TKOL, TKOR

Plan for the day:

10.30am : Meet at Kallang MRT station
11am - 1pm : Ice-skating
1pm - 1.30pm : Travel to Dhoby Ghaut
~1.30pm : Meet TKOI at Dhoby Ghaut
~1.30pm - 4pm : Lunch
4.15pm - 5.10pm : Kung Fu Panda

Okay, the timing for the movie is flexible. I shall put the timings here and your royal highnesses can sms me asap or something to confirm eh?

Okay, one problem is that I have no idea how to get to the Kallang Leisure Park from the MRT station. This is a location map of the area and you can see the station at the top left of the map but from there I'm like 'wha-?'

There actually is a shuttle service but I'm not sure where the stops are -

Kallang Leisure Park (outside Subway) — Opposite Blk 9, 11 along Kallang Place — Bus-Stop opposite Singapore Ishizaki Industrial — Bus-stop outside Blk 50 along Kallang Bahru — Noel Corporate Building along Kallang Ave — Kallang Leisure Park

I am here to depart some very, very good news.

Ahem. Firstly, self-centered King that I am, we will start with the good news DIRECTLY involving moi. :D

My SYF Central Judging is this Thursday. HENCE, after that my schedule would be largely free and empty of any commitments to CCAs or otherwise. THEREFORE, we can PAR-TAY!

Heh heh.

Second thing, JUNE HOLIDAYS ARE COMING UP!! Yeaahh man. So THAT means two Royal Reunions are coming soon : The Kings' visit to uhh some Ice-skating rink to fall on our royal asses AND The Kings' viewing of the 'KUNG FU PANDA' movie.

HOHO.

Let's fix a time, eh?

Third agenda, there is one overdue Kings' celebration and two more coming up. The overdue celebration is, OF COURSE, none other than TKOR's BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION and coming up in the month of June are TKOC's BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION and, like duh, KINGS' BIRTHDAY which, if I'm not wrong is on the 7th of June.

WHEE! So many chances of seeing each other. To avoid err mishaps of sorts I shall pen(type) them down here so we will not shirk our royal duties, eh?

Oh and fellow Kings! ESP. if you're from performing arts CCAs which is like practically all of us except Syaf PLEASE inform us if you have performances open to public etc! I would LOVE to go watch!! Like SAJC Choir concert for instance... *wiggles eyebrows*

OH and though this is somewhat FAAR into the futuristicness, I'd just like to announce it early on so we are uhh mentally prepared (?) for it. I am suggesting a Kings' year-end chalet (of sorts). Anyone for or against it? Let me know! It would also be good if it were to be scheduled for around 2nd to 4th December-ish 'cause well, you know...

God I LOVE that this blog is so active now!

Anyway, regarding the June Movie + Ice-skating outing, I am LOVING the idea.

AND to answer TKOI's question;

KUNG FU PANDA is a movie starring Jack Black, one of the greatest comedians of our time (in my opinion) where he voices the role of Po a panda who has high aspirations to do Kung Fu and then he is granted tht wish BUT has to defeat an evil tiger, Tai Lung.

Basically it's a funny animated movie that you will love. Or at least get a few laughs out of.

Like it says, Prepare for Awesomeness.

Next thing, regarding free days, I have quit house cheerleading simply because I have no time for it and well honestly I don't really like the house captain but NEVERTHELESS that means I am more free now. Also I will be more free in a months' time when SYF is over and done with.

HOWEVER one sad thing to note, that I am deeply, deeply depressed about is that AJ's SYF preview is on 7 May. Dude, when I found out I was seriously going, '7th ah? Really 7th is it? re you sure it's 7 May? THIS year?'. What are the bloody odds...

BUT still can celebrate it either earlier or later. Depends on TKOR darling of course.

Let's see from now till uhh next month, I am free on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 3pm. This is just an estimation as I do not have my timetable with me. Oh well, basically, the gist and the nub of it is that I am free Tuesdays and Thursdays. :D

After SYF is over however, it is PART-AY TIME on every day EXCEPT Wednesdays and Fridays(boo!) as Wednesday is CCA day and I have dreaded afternoon PE on Fridays.

I actually made up a rhyming couplet praising the joys of PE. *snorts*

It goes something like this:

"Morning PE sucks to the core,
Afternoon PE sucks even more."

Gosh, talk about poetic genius, no?

HOHOHO.

Okay, okay. I shall no longer annoy you Kings with my lameness (not to mention my ego-ness!).

Dudes, I have got some stuff to say. :)

Firstly THERE'LL BE A CEDAR ALUMNI REUNION(ish) ON 9 MAY AT CEDAR, 7PM!!

You all going? If y'all are going, then I'll go! :)

Next: WWW Kings outing.

I have no problem with the date or day BUT the location! PEOPLE! Haiz. Honestly. There are 3 reasons why I oppose to WWW.

1. I cannot swim. Yes, yes, I know you don't really swim at WWW but it is still better to know isn't it? Besides now that I think about it I am afraid of drowning there, silly as that may sound.

2. I am not comfortable exposing that much of my body PLUS being wet. I mean, yeah, I'm not going to be walking around in a bikini or whatever but still. FBTs are really short and the wet T-shirt look is SO not my style. PLUS I am also not comfortable looking at others who are half-naked. So yep. This is why I don't really like the beach.

3. I don't like swimming/water activities and BESIDES my parents confirmed do not allow me to go swimming or any other water activities by myself/with friends.

Yep, so in any case, I can't go if it is at Wild, Wild, Wet. I REALLY don't intend to like be a spoiler or anything but yeah, that's just the truth of my feelings on the matter. You guys can still go of course. Just don't ask me to go ah. :D

Third issue on the agenda - KUNG FU PANDA!! Okay I messaged you all today but got no reply so oh well. Anyway, I AM BOOKING ONE OF YOUR JUNE DAYS to go watch KUNG FU PANDA together kay?

You know all my friends have been asking me what TKOL means cause I wear my necklace to school and the first thing they ask me is always 'Why not Queen?'

And of course I explain, very simply - 'Because Kings have the most power.'

YEAH WE DO! :D

Anyway, on the whole POOP issue, I seriously have no idea man. I mean obviously we don't click with her but it is kind of extreme to just like kick her out without even telling her. STILL when I think back to the Kings thrashing session and how she looked so nonchalant, fingers busy clicking on her bloody phone, whilst all of us around her were pouring our hearts out... It's just not right, you know?

I don't know. We should hold a Royal Court soon to discuss this situation. BUT I'm going to be superbly busy the next few weeks/months. :( What with SYF and cheerleading...

been hinting and hinting, but i guess after awhile it REALLY became just the FIVE of us. we've become so accustomed to just being a team of 5 that, for once i totally forgot that LONG LONG TIME AGO, we had not five but SIX people. which is sad, come to think of it ne? if we were to really oust POOP then, she ought to like KNOW about it. i think. cause imagine the awkwardness if we have like class outings or if we happen to cross paths in future.

can i say something, i feel sad for the OTHER one. i mean, like.. yeah. I mean, if the other one doesn't care at all, then i'm okaylah, but its.. so poor thing? yeah. i mean, imagine if the other one saw this!?! five. five. FIVE. five...FIVE! haix.
its not that i don't understand how the rest of us are feeling, but i mean, still, as a friend, surely there is a way that this should be done? surely?

anyhows, life has been pretty dandy for me. OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT, well i'm really behind my maths ( i failed my first maths test, 5.5 out of 30. shoot me now) and econs (lets not start.) and chem (HAH!)... wait that makes... ALL MY H2s! man, i really am behind time. I mean for things that HAD a foundation which was covered before i came, i'm super screwed.. but for like GP, i'm fine, and for PW, i'm VERY fine... but other than that... SHEESH. i mean now, if anyone asks me if i regret going canada, i won't be so sure that my answer is no. OKAYLAH, I'LL SAY NO, cos i really don't regret (family is hard to beat!) but there really are serious repercussions to my decision.

HELP ME! I'M DROWNING. IN A PIT....OF SELF-PIT-Y! (haha, get it, PIT of self-PITy? no wonder i married LAME!)

oh, and on other things, non-academic related. I truly feel the way i did in cedar. I'm still the social butterfly i once was. *flutter, flutter!* but sometimes, i feel really lonely. You know, like, you know everyone, but then in the end of the day, all those someones you know, won't be there to catch you when you fall. tell you guys the truth, i really am very, insecure of my importance to others. I truly am. Maybe my new friends might go " eh, we will lah!!! where got!!!!!" but i need assurance. I need assurance that i'm wanted, that i'm needed, that i'm loved. Self-love, much? You guys know how i am, will i really tell you guys to tell me all that? OBVIOUSLY not! hahaha, i mean, if ever, i usually seem like a girl filled with confidence up to the brim. WEIRD thing is, i really am quite confident, and also very much insecure. Is it actually possible to be both??? haix...

ITS NOT AN EMO post by the way, its just me doing some thinking, at a place i don't want OTHER other other people to see!

I seem to remember posting a more recent post but it has disappeared. No matter.

Well, since noone ever checks this blog except perhaps once in a purple moon, I shall just tell the truth.

I believe the sacred bond of Kingly friendship is slowly but surely disappearing. I believe some of the blame may be attached to me. I have been an extremely irritable person lately and I do not blame anyone for not liking me very much during this time. Looking back, I myself do not like the person I have been very much. I have snapped, nagged, bitched and lashed out in all tools of sarcasm and irony available in myself at all the Kings lately and I am vastly ashamed of it. I am deeply regretful and repentant. I can only hope to be permitted a Kingly pardon from every King I know and love.

It is a fact of life that the people closest to us will once in a while tend to annoy, aggravate and even infuriate us sometimes. Clearly nobody is perfect. It is living with these imperfections that makes the relationship special. I admit I have not been a very considerate person lately and I am sorry. I reiterate the fact that nobody is perfect and can only hope for your forgiveness. Know then at least that in my 16 years of life I have never met a more true group of friends such as the Kings. I think you all know that I was not a very clever girl in primary school in terms of picking friends and well, none of them has ever stood by me the way you all have supported me. For this and so much more, thank you for giving me the most valuable gift you could give, your friendship.

Our friendship has different beginnings, different depths and closeness. Though I have known you for barely two years (or in the case of Amanda, four) I feel as if I have known you all my life. I suppose this is why I find it so easy to pick fights with you and feel angry at all of you. Perhaps deep down I believe that through it all you will all still love me as your friend.

While I do not know for sure if you all truly do feel this, I can assure you I do. I know you might think it's easy for me to say this when I have been the one to have caused you much pain with my harsh words and blunt sarcasm and yet I truly feel a deep affection for all of you. If I think about it, I can't imagine what I would do without the Kings. While realising I have not shown it, here I am saying clearly and with as much truth and sincerity I have in my heart, I love you guys. You are really the best friends anyone would love to have.

Well, I shall stop my deeply sentimentally gagging monologue now. ^^

Anyway, bulletins on the Kings.

Amanda has poisoned mine and Yi Rong's minds to play Audition. Yi Rong was disappointed in the Kings for her birthday celebration. Only 4 out of 6 Kings celebrated the Kings birthday. Syafiqah was angry at me for something I keep forgetting to ask about. Uma was scolded yesterday and will be killed today because her mother caught her writing a letter to her mortal. Jannah is going to her cousin'sn wedding in Pahang tomorrow thus is unable to come with the rest of the Kings and 4Z to the Lit Symposium at SCGS tomorrow. Amanda is not going either since she has handbell...

Well, bell just rang so these are all the updates on the Kings I can give today then.
